Goku, also known as Kakarot at birth, is the main protagonist of the Dragon Ball franchise. He is a Saiyan, an alien race renowned for their warrior spirit and power.

Goku first appeared in the Dragon Ball anime TV show. He was sent to Earth as a baby with the mission to conquer the planet but suffered a head injury that erased his memories and changed his nature.
